These Terms govern your access to and use of the Leela by Priyanka website, products, and services. Throughout these Terms, the words “Leela by Priyanka”, "Leela," "we," "our," and "us" refer to the Leela by Priyanka brand operated by Priyanka Sachdev.
By accessing this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the website conditions and agree to be bound by them. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our Terms of Service.
About Leela
Leela by Priyanka is an independent design label founded by Priyanka Sachdev, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Leela by Priyanka creates Clothing and Merchandise rooted in mythology, storytelling, illustration, and contemporary design. Many of our products are produced in limited quantities or are made to order and sold through this website and where applicable, through other sales channels.
Eligibility
By accessing this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or you are using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Products
Every Leela product is created with great care and attention to detail. Because our products incorporate original artwork, textile printing, handcrafted finishing, and natural materials and processes, minor variations may occur in colour, print placement, scale of artwork, fabric texture and finishing details. These variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice.
Colours & Product Photography
We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, browser, or device. Product photographs are intended to be representative only and may not precisely reflect every detail of the final product.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time, without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by Leela by Priyanka. Prices for products listed on the website represent the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges such as shipping, handling, or duties (for international orders, if applicable) may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Payment information provided is processed securely by third party payment gateways. Leela does not store your complete payment details. Applicable taxes and shipping charges if any will be calculated during checkout where required.
Indian prices may vary from International prices due to taxes/ duties, and the laws of the countries that have been purchased from.
In cases of International Shipping, prices on the site may vary depending on different postal codes and locations. International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their destination country.
Production & Shipping
Many Leela products are made to order. Products that are not available in stock require minimum 21 business days for production. All orders are shipped from our studio in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Leela by Priyanka endeavours to deliver products within the delivery estimates provided at the time of checkout. However, these estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Leela by Priyanka is not responsible for customs delays, confiscation, or charges imposed by customs authorities on International Shipments.
In an event where a delivery has to be returned or re-attempted, we may charge additional shipping fees to fulfill the same.
Orders & Cancellation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We endeavour to fulfill all valid orders however, we reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part for reasons including but not limited to unavailability or limited quantities, errors in pricing or inventory, suspected fraudulent activity, requirement of additional verification prior to accepting an order.
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as applicable, within a reasonable period.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Leela by Priyanka, every piece is thoughtfully created with great care and attention to detail. Many of our garments are made to order in small batches, allowing us to minimise waste while ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.
For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email. Make sure to include all that is detailed in our Return Refund and Exchange Policy to keep your order eligible for an exchange. Requests that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for assistance. Our team will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Intellectual Property, Artwork & Brand Protection
All intellectual property associated with Leela by Priyanka is the exclusive property of Priyanka Sachdev, unless otherwise expressly stated. This includes, but is not limited to original illustrations, textile prints, artwork, motifs, patterns, surface designs, product designs, collection names, campaign concepts, photographs, videos, packaging design, website design, written content, branding, logos, graphic assets, typography, digital files, marketing materials and all other original creative works. These works are protected by copyright, trademark, design, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
The purchase of a Leela by Priyanka product grants ownership of the physical item only. No copyright, trademark, design rights or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the purchaser.
Without the prior written permission of Priyanka Sachdev, you may not reproduce, copy, trace, scan, photograph, or replicate any artwork, recreate or imitate Leela textile designs, create derivative works based upon Leela products or artwork, reproduce any campaign imagery or website content, use Leela's name, branding, or logos without permission, use Leela artwork, images, text, or creative works to train, fine-tune, develop, evaluate, or improve artificial intelligence, machine learning models, datasets, or similar technologies or commercially exploit any Leela intellectual property in any format. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Counterfeit Products & Unauthorised Resale
Leela by Priyanka products are intended to be purchased directly from our website or authorised stockists. The manufacture, distribution, sale, or promotion of counterfeit products incorporating our artwork or branding is strictly prohibited. Use of our photography, illustrations, or product descriptions to advertise or sell non Leela by Priyanka products is prohibited.
Promotional Codes
Any discount codes, promotional offers, and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be applied retrospectively, may not be combined unless expressly stated, may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel promotions where misuse is suspected.
Acceptable Use
While using the website you agree not to use the website unlawfully, interfere with website security, upload malicious software, scrape website content, impersonate another individual or organisation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
User Feedback
If you submit reviews, testimonials, suggestions, or photographs relating to Leela by Priyanka, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm that any content submitted is your own and does not infringe the rights of others.
Product Care
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each product.
Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, occasional errors relating to pricing, product descriptions, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party payment providers, courier partners, analytics services, or external websites. Leela by Priyanka is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
